The Regional Manager, Investments provides overall sales leadership to the various sales roles within their line of business. They are accountable for delivering on sales objectives across multiple distribution channels. They build & maintain positive and collaborative relationships with distribution partners and are adept at helping their sales teams execute on effective sales & marketing strategies that help advisors identify opportunities and turn them into results.Responsibilities:You will be a key part of the Sales and Marketing Centre team, where they support financial security advisors in the sales, marketing and promotion of their products. In this management position, you will:Lead and coach a team of investment experts who support financial security advisors to drive sales results for the organization.Foster a high performance sales cultureBe accountable for the development, execution and monitoring of annual and quarterly business plans to identify opportunities and achieve results.Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with distribution partners and are adept at helping their team execute on effective sales and marketing strategies.Utilize effective human resource and performance management techniques.Support the successful acquisition of investment business in the affluent and high-net-worth markets through case consultations.This position will work as part of a local senior management team and is located in Winnipeg. Travel throughout the surrounding region will be requiredQualifications:A post secondary education (or equivalent work experience).Min 7 yrs experience in the Canadian financial services industry. Related industry designations, such as CFP, CH.F.C.
