Regional Manager (Canada) Our client is a leading international engineering support services provider to both public and private sector industries across USA and Europe. Due to international expansion our client is now looking for Regional Manager who would be responsible for Canada region with locations of Winnipeg, and Saskatchewan. Responsibilities: Deliver a first class fleet repair and maintenance service to the client and other 3rd party customers. Using Category Management Processes generate significant value for the business by reducing the total cost of bought in goods or services and increase the overall value derived from the Supply Chain. To deliver a continuous improvement strategy that maximises our ability to reduce incremental costs whilst meeting the required level of asset availability and delivers first class service that creates effective and sustainable partnering relationships with customers and suppliers.Significant senior fleet management experience in a large and diverse heavy mobile plant business, including implementing repair and maintenance activities.Experience of managing P&L accounts, Commercial negotiation and product/service procurement.Experience of RFI, RFQ, RFP and tendering processes and contract writing/drafting..Experience of developing and managing the supply chain and subcontractors .Experience of capital procurement, including assets and plant. Requirements: ? Knowledge of heavy mobile plant and auxiliary equipment rules and legislation. ? Good technical knowledge of heavy mobile plant and auxiliary equipment, commercial law. ? Ability to develop and maintain effective supplier relationships. ? Strong partnering and supplier selection skills. ? Knowledge of health and safety legislation in a mobile equipment environment and its application. ? Strong MS office skills, particularly excel and word. ? Good project planning knowledge or experience. ? Good technical knowledge of domestic and international logistics. ? Strong customer relationship development skills. ? Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills. ? Ability to develop innovative solutions to problems and maximise opportunities. ? Results driven and strives to exceed expectations. ? Strong English language skills as well as fluency in the local language. Qualifications: ?
